• Account Information: Email address, name, and billing details provided during registration.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and hardware identifying information related to the device running our EA for security purposes.
• Execution Logs: Webhook payloads sent to our endpoints to facilitate order routing to your broker. Note: We do not store sensitive account passwords from your MetaTrader instance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the Algo Smart Trade ecosystem. Specifically, we use execution logs to track latency, debug routing errors, and provide you with your Analytics Dashboard metrics.

3. Security Measures

We treat your algorithmic logic and signals as highly confidential. Webhook data transmission is secured via HTTPS/TLS protocols. Server infrastructure is housed in secure, enterprise-grade data centers with strict access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for server hosting). None of these providers are permitted to use your data for external marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Execution logs and analytics are retained for a rolling 12-month period to allow for back-testing and performance review on your dashboard. You may request full account deletion and data scrubbing at any time by contacting support.

6. Updates to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or an announcement on the dashboard.
